SINGAPORE, Aug 24, Asia Pulse - L & M Group Investments Ltd announced that the company has signed a letter of intentwith PT Sinar Timur Utama Indonesia (PTSTUI) on the 24 August2000.

Under the letter of intent, the two parties will endeavourto enter into a formal agreement within 90 days, giving the theL & M Group the exclusive right for the supply and purchase ofsea sand from PTSTUI, L & M said in a statement to theSingapore Stock Exchange today.
